need help with getting traffic

hi everybody. i used to run some movie sites, mostly full with thumbs. that way i could get them easily to 60k within a few weeks.
but that became more and more 'too-hard-work' updating all the thumbs nearly daily.

that's why i created www.vidsgal.com . it's a MGP, only with text links and movie galleries.
it went well for the first time and i growed to 4k very quickly.
but now my site won't grow any longer. it's at 3.5k now, updated daily, but only around 900 bookmarkers. my site sends out 126% and gets a productivity of 228%.
i use for gallery submissions Autogallery Pro and for traffic tracking RB4.

i'm really not sure what to do to get this site bigger. and i don't want to buy traffic currently. i want to get it bigger in other ways.

do you think i should change something on the layout?

please give me your opinions to get it bigger...

The color is ok, but maybe you will have to put more images on top so that user does not have to scroll down and down to view that material. There are too many links and all are NEW!!!
