Strongbox Security Question

Hi all,

Has anyone ever run into a situation where Strongbox is falsly showing multiple signins from the same username but from different countries?

I have a guy who swears he has not given out his password and ID. He's in Lebanon, but shows up as signing in from Russia and Australia. I changed his username, it was okay for a few days, but then the same thing started happening.

He claims he has some strange ISP set up, two ISPs because of download maximums.

I was just wondering if anyone has seen anything like this. My inclination is that he's BSing, but I want to try to give him the benefit of the doubt.

probably BS. we have one customer that we installed stronbox for. he was getting hammered with traffic from password sites. strongbox put an end to that. he still gets people emailing him saying they can't login etc, but the strongbox reports clearly show login attempts from different IP's. tell those idiots to stop sharing user/pass or create a user/pass that people can't guess.
