Well, epassporte is very popular and a lot of people use it and a lot of affiliate programs support it. There are some fees involved when drawing funds from an atm.

If you are not pulling huge sums from ATM it should be ok, while the card may not have limits, many ATMS limit withdraw amounts (usually no more than $500 in the US)

As for safety, that is all relative and depends on what you mean by "safe". It is secure online. You do have you name on the card so withdrawling funds and using online can be traced back to you if you wish to remain "anonymous" for what ever legitimate reason.

The Epassporte is part of a real bank, but it is not a US or UK bank, but rather based in St. Kitts a offshore banking haven. The bank is St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank Ltd. It is a real bank and is the largest bank in its region, not to mention the massive epassporte activity it supports. The main disadvantage is that they dont have Federal Insurance on deposits as some countries do.

So bottom line? Epassporte is used successfully by a lot of people, you simply have to decide if it is right for you.

I have been using epassaporte mainly for one reason which is to send people money over seas who cant receive funds via other payment programs.
