i'm new to running a toplist site and i was wondering could someone tell me some rules i should have on my trade page

Here are a few you should consider adding.

No Illegal sites. All models must be over 18.

Your site must have no excessive consoles, pop ups, blind links etc.

English Sites Only.

Your site must be related in some way to the content on Freakythangs.com

You must provide us with some traffic.

Traffic can only be sent to our site by the request of a user clicking on our link. i.e no blind links, pop ups etc. Random site links are okay.

No Delayed Refreshes
No Zero Sized Frames or Image Sources
YOU MUST HAVE A TOPLIST! In order for me too see who you trade with

We do meet again;) I heard from Buck the other day and he said he was getting a different Shopping cart script for the site.

Haven't heard from him since, I have been very busy so I haven't been on ICQ much and won't be for a few days.
