DNS help needed !!! (Thanks)

The problem involves 2 webservers that use PLESK
on each server I have no problem creating domain names and setting up DNS ( I used one dns on the first server for all the domains on that server )

On server#1 I have :
dnsdoman.com NS ns.dnsdoman.com
dnsdoman.com NS ns1.dnsdoman.com
ns.dnsdoman.com A 999.999.999.999
ns1.dnsdoman.com A 888.888.888.888

and for other domains just:

doman1.com NS ns.dnsdoman.com
doman1.com NS ns1.dnsdoman.com

doman2.com NS ns.dnsdoman.com
doman2.com NS ns1.dnsdoman.com

doman3.com NS ns.dnsdoman.com
doman3.com NS ns1.dnsdoman.com
etc...

All the above is working fine.

on server #2 I have
doman4.com NS ns.dnsdoman.com
doman4.com NS ns1.dnsdoman.com

I'm trying to use the same DNS for a domain on another server
I added the NS records to the new domain on the new server as I did with the old one but it does not work

what am I missing?
