Tgp Devil Help

I just tried to install tgp devil (free version) and everything went fine (I got the green box) except I didn't see any catagories when I checked the submit page,the drop down box is their but no options. I checked to see if I had to add the catagories but the admin shows all the default catagories are already added.
Does anybody know what would cause this?

Are the categories enabled?

If you know what your doing try looking into the database

I think by default the catagories show up(I think, I'll double check)
I tried looking into the script for any of the catagory words, I couldn't find them.
I dont know how to look into the database.
