I just have two very important questions... please help

1. Can I download your content on behalf of somebody else, obviously taking in account that all parties involved are existing affiliate members of yours?

2. Am I allowed to include this service (of downloading content for somebody else) in a design package that I am getting paid for?

If you are Designing for clients, that are Promoting only one sponsor, then "in most cases" use the coresponding sponsor Free content yes.

I think this is what you mean, The best thing to do is contact the sponsor directly before hand..
