Promoting the same sponsors on differnet domains?

Some sponsors want to review your site first, before they allow you to promote their sites.
I'm currently building a new site.
Now do I have to separately signup again to promote the same sponsors as on my old site, or are you allowed to promote the same sponsor on different sites?

Once you are signed up mate you can promote a Sponsor on any Domain you own.
