after doing more studies, and getting my tools for photoshops (since upgraded from 5 to 7 and never got update for all my tools.... that was my major issue)
my sites are much more presentable to here and maybe this time get nice feedback of what's god and bad and what I can be improve.......
please let me know your thoughts, thank you in advance.

Sorry mate but my three year old Daughter, could design a better header then the two you have on your sites.

I would be starting again, or consider getting a designer to at least do up a header for you.

They do nothing for me at all, except make me want to close the window. Not trying to be harsh mate but you wanted feedback.
