Under performing site -- need help

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone could recomend someone to help me get my site more productive. Maybe some design changes that could increase the conversion rate a little bit. The site is a niche site that sells a DVD with girls getting enemas. Not everyone's cup of tea, but there are quite a few people interested. Just do a google search on the topic. If anyone has any ideas or proposals, please let me know. Thanks.

this niche should be converting like butter... although I think you would do better offering memberships to download rather than a mail-order dvd. alot of the traffic interested in this stuff is from europe --they'd much prefer a download

i agree. you'd do better with a download, even better if you make it a paysite with updated content.

I was thinking about that. Pottymouth is 3 hours long, and we will be shooting Pottymouth 2 next month. I am not sure if we can compete with some of the mega sites that have new scenes every week unless we get more interest. Any recomendations on where to get the type of traffic that would be interested in this?

Have you thought about ...

....breaking up your scenes into smaller segments so you can then add a new segment each week. Maybe you can shoot PM2 with that in mind. Also, maybe you can get the license to other enema dvds/pics to add some bulk to your site.

the nice thing about a niche like enemas is you don't need to worry about competing with the "mega-sites"! trust me.

highlight the original, exclusive nature of the movies --niche/fetish users are much more interested in the quality of content, not how much of it you have --it's okay to start small. that's the nice thing about niche -you can do alot with little

now of course the flip side of this is there isn't going to be the kind of traffic to this site that there is to a mainstream "mega-site" if that's what you're looking for you've got the wrong material. BUT you will convert at a much better rate -so it can even out.

creating a download site is your first step --then set up an affiliate program and I can get you lots of traffic
