Starting an affiliate program

Can anyone recomend a good affiliate tracking system, so we can track orders coming from other sites?

I'd like to use a system which you guys have recomended.

I recently signed with partnersmanager.com they are pretty cool. If are just starting up use their hosted service which is $39/m

You can always get the trial for free first to test

I used groundbreak UA for a while, I didn't like it and moved to idevaffiliate which I think is much better. Has more features, better interface, and is half the price.
