Need help

I am very new to being a webmaster. I did not design my site and have limited knowledge of designing sites or adding affiliates. I am very interested if somebody could hit me up on AIM and assist me in learning how to trade traffic and make the most of my site. I have been marketing it myself and the site has done very well over 2 weeks, but I want it to go big time.
