Would like to pay for script modification

I would like to have the following scripts modified to work like the example shown... I'm pretty sure the site listed is using the scripts below, I have the base scripts installed, but figuring out how to modify the php is beyond me, anyone interested, let me know a price and estimated time and we can go from there.

Thumbs from main page click thru to a gallery page that knows which banners and advertisements based on which pics are being shown, then each pic from the gallery clicks to a blowup on another page with correct banners and clickthru links for the full size image.
