Software for batch watermarking videos?

I've got two copies of Premiere (6 & 1.5). One purchased from Best Buy, Office Max, one of those stores, one from a friend.
I actually use them both, although 1.5 is a more stable platform (i.e. doesn't crash for no reason), you need to be on Win XP, and it is a bit faster (although 6 doesn't crash a lot, but when it does it's annoying). Interface is a bit different, but nothing you can't handle. It's an a-w-e-s-o-m-e program.
I use it for titles, watermark, capturing the video and editing it. Then I run it through a cleaner to get optimum quality, and either convert it to divx, xvid, or dvd format depending on what I am going to do with the video. (DVD requires a few more steps in other progs).
However you get your hands on a copy. It's money well spent!
