Question for Paysite Owners Here...

I am starting my own Teen Niche Paysite.

Like most Paysites, it should have pics, videos, stories, live shows and bonus stuff like games and stuff.


There are a lot of supplier for each categories (rc: only leasing pics or only videos, etc...) but i am searching fo 1 supplier to work with and not 10.

I found yesterday that pornplug.com offers that kind of Turn Key solution but would like to compare with others here.

Does anyone here can refer me a good "all-in-one" Paysite supplier ?

Well, it's hard to start a teensite, it's not really a niche, no real "fetish" and there are more competitors than in any other category...so the only way to keep your members is unique content in my opinion.

From my experience on our sites, most guys prefer unique content, they are tired of seeing the same members area "plugin" on every site they join...you may get many signups if you have a good tour, but without offering more than the things found on every other site, you won't keep your members for a long time.

I don't want to discourage you, but with a teen paysite with a "standard" members area, you won't make much money...you must have something that makes the site different, unique, exciting, special.

For the record, Teen is just a "genre" at best, not a "niche". A niche means a small audience looking for something pretty specific that the general audience doesn't really go for.

Hummers are niche automobiles, because (for instance) they are huge and expensive but have a huge appeal to a small group of people. Gothic is a niche genre because for the most part, everyday people don't even think to look for gothic porn, but a small group of people love it. (Yet!)

Teen is, what, 70% of the adult web? I wouldn't call it a niche.

But yeah... this is just me nitpicking the terms.

As for your questions... Make a site that doesn't look like all the others. Have a tour that sets you apart... Maybe even a more specific subject than "teens". Further, make sure it isn't content they can see in a lot of other places. Chances are, a plugin is the last thing you want.

Thats all true unless by "Teen Niche" he means a niche in the teen genre.

Why only 1 supplier? Running a paysite is not easy. ...if working with 10 suppliers seems like more than you can handle, then maybe you should re-think opening a paysite.
Working with 10 suppliers is the least of your worries.

If you rely on only one generic plugin your site wont retain members. You might as well just promote some other teen site that you know converts & keeps their recurrs. You'll make more in the long run.
