Hey guys, I could use your help with something.

I'm trying to promote a site that is already up and running. I'm not really an expert on marketing, but I've been told a good way to market your content is through tgp sites. This is where I could use some advice. I can create a page w/ thumbnails that link to the full size pics and everything. What I need to know is what steps need to be gone through to get my tgp posted on an index site. I've looked at sites like thehun and sublimedirectory, but I don't know what all I need to do now.
Any help would be appreciated.

Chameleon submitter is a good start. There is a post from Babagirls with a tutorial on setting up also.
