simple question.....
how can I increase my traffic... so far in 3 day's I'm getting about 100 avg visits and about 5080 hits what's the key to the more hits' etc. besides posting and linking trade. I have bee submitting link trade eetc and how can I improve the SEO wise..... I know this is important and this I need to take lot of time doing and learning, If I can get some tips from the pros.

The site looks really busy and lacks a theme (other than the content). The text up top is really small and unreadable - Im using Firefox.

As for traffic, keep looking for trades and maybe submit galleries with your recip.

thanks it was nice feed back that I needed.. I made it more simpler to navigate etc. I'll try doing some more re organizing the site and theme.

Trades are the best idea for a small site..
Just try to get some productive trades and get your site more link backs.
If you receive submissions you can add your site to some auto submission programs what should give you some nice traffic from your recipe button and improve your site rank on se's...

thanks all. made lot of changes to the layout looks much better still working on the right theme for the one domain though. (man lot of learning last few weeks my brain is about to burst....)
