    Giveaway Question

    I have a paysite where I want to give away a free Bahamas vacation away. What legal issues can you think of besides the winner having to pay "tax" on thier win?

          I know my state requires a Tax form to be issued on prizes that exceed $600.00, Im not sure if all 50 states do the same thing or not..
