Account hacked?

I have a friend who promotes several cc-bill sponsors and was making a lot of sales... But recently all his sales dropped down, he only made 2 sales this month.
Now he suspects his cc-bill account was hacked.
Is this possible? Does anyone has any info on this?

Very unlikely. If we were talking about the actual CCBIll script, then perhaps, yes. But as far as the affiliate systems go, the whole database and such is not even connected to a live Internet.

I think this guy is just slacking off, and you should go beat up his mother.
