Toplits and backlinks question?

Hi guys

I submited my site to some totplisted (5) ages ago and I have 9 other links to some other sites.
Anyway, when I checked how many linkbacks I have it says I have 9!!

Does that mean that a toplist link doesn`t count???

Its a UK based swingers site. If anyone with UK traffic (or any traffic for that matter lol) would like to exchange links drop me a PM. Or reply to this thread and I`ll get in touch.

How often are the toplists reloading? Daily?

some are and some are reloading weekly. does this make a differnce??
