Billing Companies Please Help!!

I have to moive my 150 rebills from ibill right now!
I tried with Paycom, they dont want anything from IBILL, I tried CCBILL, they dont want less than 400 rebills.
So im stuck here, any billing company willing to take my rebills rght now??

UPDATE: Now the motherfuckers at IBILL said they will not release my rebills, so Im fuck.
