and complete new to drm

however it seems to me that some providers issue licences on "per play" basic, so a single member can potentially request 1,000 licences for a single file in 1 month?

can some recom some drm provider with flat rate

the rules: can i set the file to be played unlimited times, but for 30 days only with a single license?

if you have less than 5000 users then try Vidlock (www.vidlock.com) $25/month for 5000 licenses. (If you have 100k paying members than you probably shouldn't be too worried about the money)

vidlock.com looks really easy to do..and you don't have to upload the files which is usually a pain..and you get 50 free licenses? You can't beat that!
