Anchor Text

I've heard this is the #1 way of generating SE traffic. I'm curious if there is a relation between Anchor text and PR ratings. If a site has a high PR rating and has Anchor text to your site, does google classify this anchor text to be greater then if site had a Pr of 1 or 2? I've also heard that the more links you have, the worse your PR will do. When I started my site I had few links and got a PR4, then i added like 60 more and after each PR change my rank stayed the same, any ideas?

There is ABSOLUTELY no relation between anchor text and pagerank.

I would concur. No relation..

I know for a fact Google wont count words that are the same color as the background color..

ie. text #000000 BG #000000

yes that is what i meant, looks like i used wrong term. I was speaking with someone else that referred to it as Anchor text.

anchor text has nothing to do with page rank. Anchor text defines the page in the serps. The weight or popularity of the page with the anchor defines the page rank that is passed on but many other factors apply... can anyone say seochat.com :-)
