I need traffic

I'm a complete newbie and need help and advice. I am the webmaster of the U.K. Big Bouncing Boobies
The site is 2 years old in April and does around £3 - 4K per month. I advertise galleries with Amandapics, Titsmaster and Melonsfield. What i need is much more "good" traffic. Can anyone with experience please point me in the right direction.
