Members Password Protection Script

Anyone know any good scripts that work to protect members passwords? ex: if to many logins occure from to many IP's in a set time, it will auto reset the password or freeze it.

I used pennywize before but it really sucks ass because it is based on "referral" and alot of browsers do not handle this correctly.

Pleave give me feedback.

Strongbox seems to be the choice in 2004-2005.
Until recently a few new webmasters got it each week,
but in the last several months people with bigger and
bigger sites have been getting Strongbox and recommending it
to their friend's who have even larger sites, then when
these well recognized names recommend it several
more webmasters get Strongbox, and so it has snowballed.
We've gone from one mad scientist doing R&D in the morning
and installations in th evening to hiring more people and
probably adding another few hundred square feet of
office space over the next month or so just because happy
users like Buddah00 keep recommending the system.
