Question about Site Stats

If I wanted to prove to potential advertisers what kind of traffic I am aquiring is there a good php script, or service that can track this and allow me to produce some sort of visual data that can be easily understood.

I have been using just my default server information to aquire these stats, but I was curious to know if there was an adult industry standard to which I can apply to so when I start selling traffic and adspace I can say, "See! This is my demographics!"
