okay, this is the last one for today ... big promise!

i would like to outsource as much as possible for my new paysite program, means design work, traffic tracking, content management, billing, programing, etc., etc.

now my question:

how do you make your life easier? do you outsource anything, and if so, why and to whom?

sounds like you are trying to outsource every phase of a paysite. what is the point? what do you plan on actually doing? i wouldn't expect to make any money unless you plan on actually doing some work on your own.

Some hosting companies offer to handle all billing and sometimes maintenance too. Often for a percentage of the sales rather than a fixed monthly amount.

Doesnt necessarily come cheap though. But I suppose, if you wanna focus on shooting content - doing pr (some offer that too) - or something else, it might be an option to look at.

be careful, a lot of the outsource trolls out there are from countries where they dont speak much english so i would make sure u know what your getting into. Be careful who you trust with your sites.
