auto rotate images

Is there a software that will auto rotate images to the correct orientation. I have tons of images shot with digital camera that have to rotated manually

Here's a real ghetto solution. If you can separate all the photos that need to be rotated, you can open them up in Photoshop. Then create an action and set the action to be quick keyed to the key of your choice, for example the F2 key, whatever.

It's in the "Action" window, click new action, hit record, select the image, rotate it, save it, close it, then hit the stop button. Now every time you hit the F2 key your image will be rotated and saved to a folder you specify.

But hey, if you're going to use the images for content that you plan on selling, you've got bigger issues than just rotating the image. How about cropping, color correction, and levels? Impossible to really automate that shit, as each photo is different. I know a a lot of content photo guys that actually outsource their digital photo processing. They get guys that they trust to do all the adjustments, and they get to spend their time shooting girls.

It depends on the XIF information stored on the image and the camaera also has to support this.
