Paysite UID/PW security measures

I'm starting up a paysite very soon (one-girl non-nude). Going to be using ccbill as the processor.

I have some questions about UID/PW securitys.

Is there ways to keep more then one IP using a UID/PW at once. Or ways to automatically void a UID/PW if it is being excessivly used?

Not sure if ccbill has anything setup for this, or if something would need to be done myself to prevent fruadulent UID/PW use.

i'm using pennywize + ccbill = no problems...
but i've heard a lot of good words about strongbox, maybe i will give it a try. and strongbox is cheaper for the long run.
