Depends where you're at, porn is no different from any other market based industry.
You could offer a lower inital fee for shooting in exchange for a % of the profits if you use your model on a single girl/guy site. -
Be careful offering a percentage if you're not ready to go ahead and make money with the site. If you pay some girl a mere pittance to shoot upfront and offer her a percentage on the backend and then you hit snags (or maybe just get fucking lazy) in launching the site and it takes months before the site makes money, she'll talk to her friends.
You know what she'll say? She'll say you're a fucking douche-bag who doesn't pay up, and guess what, you'll never shoot her or her friends, ever.
On the flip side, if are ready to go, and do end up paying her a percentage reasonably soon she'll go to some of her friends and you'll get to shoot her and them over and over again and everything will be outstanding.
Just get a good read on her level of patience.

I usually pay between $100 and $125 per hour for pics or vids. I always prefer to just pay upfront and be done with it!Comment

It also depends on the type of model hired + the type of action you´re shooting.
New unproven models and/or girls who´s getting started etc will pretty often accept some/all of the pay in form of a portifolio shooting for her own use (if you´re capable of doing that). Whereas established models will of course have no need for need and rather see some cash
Also, the more hardcore and/or niche related the shooting, usually the higher the pay (but again depending on the model - if you´re for instance shooting feet pics, and run into a foot fetichist, she might just wanna do it for the excitement or somewhere close). But in general, the more hardcore - or the more strange, the higher the pay...and vice versa of course.webmaster @ adultlist. com
