Need to show some programming examples versus just a site
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

well to the first response, i figured if you clicked around in the site youd see that it speaks for itself. it has search functions, member reg and login, fully updates on its own, file uploads, etc. i wouldnt know what scripts to post on here and frankly i wouldnt want to give out scripts for free.

to the second response, ive been programming for over 3 years now. im fresh out of high school so im still young (but old enough ) and i do moderate javascript. i can do SOME asp/asp.net but i dont know enough to do a job with it, and im working to learn jsp sometime soon. and of course xhtml is required for all of these.

imho, you gave away way too much information. You may be the brightest kid on the planet but you just told the whole forum that you are inexperienced.

There is a lot to programming that you don't learn anywhere except in the workplace. Especially in the internet industry - be it adult or otherwise.

            Adult biz uses mostly LAMP
LAMP = Linux Apache MySQL PHP

ASP & ASP.NET is foreign to this biz

This is so true, I used to believe I was great, until I graduated and found how stuff works in the real world

why does everyone have to be so negative? how did i say im inexperienced. i said im working on learning other languages which are totally irrelevant to what my original post was about. alright, so i know ill pick up extra things working in 'the business', but i have done jobs for people before, just not adult stuff. im not the smartest kid on the planet, but im looking for work, and other people post like this on here and they dont have people harassing them for unnecessary reasons. do you go through want ads in newspapers and call them up and tell them why they are wrong?

the purpose of my post was to say 'hello, im looking for work, i happen to be a pretty damn good coder (therefore, if the 'business' requires something i dont know, ill learn it), and ill do it for probably less than others will'.

is that a better post? do you want to tear it apart? im pretty sure i misspelled some words in it. let me know, my insecurity kills me inside for this kind of stuff.

so please, only respond to this post if youre interested in using what i have to offer, i dont need your 'own honest opinions' to make me a better person, thanks.

Dont worry bout it m8, everyone is negative here. It makes them feel better about themselves, by putting other people down.

Dont worry about your age, one of my best graphic artists is only 17..
