Getting screwed by Webstream.net or Securenet.ws?

On the 15th of this month, we were informed by Webstream that they will no longer deal in adult-based commerce (via Securenet.ws), and would be transfering our last funds ASAP. Well, they never transfered, and when we went to login to check what was the status, discovered our whole account has been deleated. After one ridiculous phone call after another, and now a week late on their promised payment, they suddenly inform us that they will now be keeping our funds for 180 days in case of future charge backs. There was never any mention of this policy, and it's very disturbing that it comes a couple weeks after they told us they were transfering our funds "ASAP!" Also, if you visit www.securenet.ws, you'll be hard pressed to know that they are not accepting any more adult-based businesses--it's a crap site packed with adult resource material. There was never any mention about freezing funds for chargebacks, and there's no reason to suddenly think our chargback ratio, which has always been great, will suddenly change this month for the worse. I'd love to know if anyone else is getting the shaft right before Christmas from these big jerks.
    Cheers,

shitty deal dude, but theres not much you can do other then chalking it up as a loss and moving on. Just hope they do end up paying you in 180 days, my guess is they wont.

While we encountered a "hold" in the same fashion once the absurdity of noninfoming of this policy or holding of funds with a history of zero chargebacks, funds were released. Once this was explained to Kerry, all was well. Good guy as far as we dealt with him. Not sure about that site, first I saw of it
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
