Newbie need help

I'm in need of someone who can help me get all my stuff stable. I've been posting galleries for the past 6-7 months or so. I also got my own server a few months ago. But I really need some help to get my thing stable. I'm making some month 1500$ some 200$.... I mostly do movie galleries.

Hi,

I need maybe some tips or advice on how to get more stable ratios. I currently post to about 400 MGP each day. I've got some partners account, but I mostly get 800 uniques clicks ( first page ) To my sponsor. I wonder if there was anything I could do to get the a better ratio ?

your galleries are extremely clean, i would use a 2nd text link, that way you could at least for start double the amount of hits you send to the paysites.
