and who now if the person who have actualy this gallery have or not copyrights for the pics?

You cant just take the pics or you will get sued you need to get pics from a content provider, do a search

It all depends. If the pics were orignially purchased by the people you're stealing content from, from another site that sells content, it wouldn't be so har dto pull off. In other words, if you KNOW the content is NOT original, then the copyrights are harder to claim. Another thing you may want to consider is a legal disclaimer. Just say that you don't know where the pictures came from and that you DO NOT have copyright ownership of said material, furthermore, if it appears as though the content IS in violation of copyright laws, have them e-mail you and you would be more than happy to remove it.
