Whew, I'm used to paying to join affiliate programs...

"Effex Media LLC will cut you a check once a month for total commissions over $100. If you do not earn a total of $100 in commisions, the check will will be cut at the end of the quarter (3 months)."

This is actually pretty fair - so even if you earn $3.56 in commish you DO get it at some point ... some affiliate programs have things like "You need to earn $300 before your first cheque is cut (assuming you are still alive by then muwahahaha"
