Am I doing something wrong???

My site: http://www.sexxxyzone.com/index2.php and my TGP: http://www.sexxxyzone.com/tgp.shtml, are doing 300% productivity, I have a 3.5% to 4% click through to my sponsors but I still have no sales after 100 000 uniques on my site and 3500 unique to my sponsors. I have 14 sponsors and my top two are Top Buck$ which is like 0:1056 and Triple X cash which is at 0:600. I am using Comus Thumbs at 65% shave and use TTT for trading.

1- Is there something wrong with these sponsors?

2- What is the average conversion rate on my type of site?

3- Do you see anything wrong in my site???

4- Is 4% click to sponsors good?

5- Is 300% prod good?
