    I think instant.

    But:

    Wheater or not you get indexed and spidered may take a while.

    And seeing as how you dont know the answer to this, i doubt you have S.E.O skilss and you wont get much traffic if any.

    Submit to TGPs and LLs instead

        Here take a look
        SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

          usually free search engine submissions can take anything up to 90 days to actually appear in the index. I would suggest reading searchenginewatch and making sure your site is search engine friendly first...

          Best of luck

            Gindorbrae! (I think that is right?)

            SEO = Search Engine Optimisation

            Getting in a Yahoo category for free is slow and may never happen!
            What i do recommend when starting is:
            Yahoo loves content, so list shit loads of it and soon enough some keywords / descriptions will show up in your referral stats.

            Google is more of an art to get listed high on results, you will need to read up on the techniques.

            As suggested checkout some specific forums.
