Newbie asks: Copyrights?

I have no porno site but would like to do one. Are there copyrights on pictures, movies and stuff like this from free pornosites? Are you allowed to take for example these pics http://www.naturallylargeboobs.com/huge_tits/16/16.htm and put them on your page or/and only the link to the site? I dont believe that every Pornosites has own pictures and here in the forum ist also a topic called "Traffic Trades/Gallery Requests"

What part of it is not allowed? The part of linking to the other site page (not only the picture) or puting the pics only on your site? (I hope that only that part is illegal)

The meaning of "Use My Gallery" is that "TGP owners! List my gallery on your site!", which doesn't necessarily mean "drop by my gallery and save all the images in your computer. I wish you guys use them on your own gallery which will be submitted to some TGP."

Only linking is legal I guess.
you can put pics of your pals w/o their permission. you might put some pics of your favorite celebrities as a fan on your site. but placing someone 's naked and fucking pics online is different.

Also, be careful where you get the links from. Linking to someone elses site is not illegal, but it *IS* illegal to steal someone elses database.. so, for example, if you were to take all of the listings off http://www.thehun.net and put them on your site, you might be in for a big surprise.

the age you have to be is the legal age of consent. Put it this way, if you walk into a bar and they don't throw you out on your ass, you can make your site. as far as the copyrights go, it depends on the content. If it was not theirs to begin with, it's hard to "prove" you stole it. But usually as long as you credit the site you stole it from, or just link to them, they just consider it free advertising and don't care. If the site has a single model, you'd best e-mail her and ask permission. Usually they will give you a bunch of pics and a banner to post on your site.
