    Bad Billing Processors..

I have used soo many processors and all of them so far are shit!
this is what i've used so far

    1. Ibill (Havent paid for 2 months str8)
They also held my funds without my permission for the Visa registration fee's and then wouldnt even allow me to accept credit cards afterward! Claming they didnt have documentation that I paid!

    2. Verotel - They were O.K. but with the ticketsclub thing it seems like sales are half what they normally are because for the average user it is so hard to use. Also verotel does not pay on time and sometimes will miss payments all together.

    3. Probilling - Horrible Customer Service but they pay on time.

Ccbill is the best processor but because I have a celebrity site they dropped me after being with them for 3 years! Does anybody know any other reliable processors???

Is Paycom third party? Their website is a little difficult to navigate. If I had to guess, I'd say no, they only process if you have a merchant account. Any hoo, what are the fees like at Paycom?

Advice for people using Verotel: You're going to have to hold people's hand through this confusing process of TicketsClub. Post some friendly instructions etc. Yeah, I know this isn't the best way to do business, but until you can move on to another processor make sure the customer knows that Ticketsclub is an akward but workable thing.

Also, for what it's worth, Verotel's been paying me on time.

Spoke to a rep at Verotel yesterday - we have used verotelPro in the past with no problem.
You need to pay a set up fee for this, but when thats done its a breeze compared to the madness of tickets club.
They seem as stable as any other biller in this biz at the moment.

ProBilling - are all but dead. Used to be good until they lost ability to process cards, they offer check/1900 but the site is now a ghost town. Invalid security certs etc, and hell they still owe us a few 100 and support doth exisit. Just a waste of web space.

Ibill - joke of the month in my view - no payouts for weeks now for Us webmasters and anyway their admin was a horrific avoid like the plauge.

CCBILL - great as ever - payouts like clockwork every week, the best support ye can get, and a ton of tools to help make webmassas life easy.

Epoch - we been waiting a while now for verifaction from VISA - and their site looks like something from 1985 and is confusing.
But aint ever heard a bad thing said about em, and they are huge.

                My 10 cents

Erm...you sure it wasn't a minimum payout issue? In the 2+ years that I've been here, we've always paid on time with the exception of MAYBE once; most of the time we pay a few days early!

And btw, we accept celebrity sites.

iBill has had an ongoing situation with First Data and it's caused some issues there apparently:
"First Data has chosen not to continue a business relationship with iBill. Last week, iBill obtained a court order requiring First Data to continue providing services to iBill. Yesterday, however, the Court vacated its order; as a result, for the time being First Data does not have to continue providing credit card processing services to iBill"

Nice, huh? And FD is holding back funds or something so this has ugly written all over it...

Agreed totally on CCBill -> great support and as well, I've never had issues with payments, etc.
