I have had my site hosted by ProAdult for about a year.
For the last 8 months or so the checks i was supposed to be sent were constantly late or missing.
they always made up for it, but sometimes it took over two months of being late before i finally got it.
every pay period i had to ask why my money was not delivered, and every pay period i got a littany of excuses.
i was told my address must be wrong even though some checks came through.
after 3 missing checks in a row they were going to wire it. over two weeks went by after they said that, yet no wire. they said they would email me a wire confirmation almost everyday but never did.
so as of now, john at proadult decided to delete my site because i apparently was a hassle for asking to get paid the money i EARNED. they had no problem billing the customers who signed up through me, but sure have a problem paying the money.
bottomline is this:
they would hardly ever answer my emails and only did when i made a post on their webmaster forum calling them out on their shady behavior.
when they did answer they were very vague and would never address the MANY direct questions i would ask them in hopes of resolving the pay issues.
after numerous attempts to handle it in a nice manner, i finally got over all their excuses and told them so, to which he responded by deleting my site before i had a chance to make sure i even had it backed up.
so webmasters beware, im sure many people have had good luck with proadult, but i havent and any attempts i had in making it work was shutdown by an arrogant attitude and a very unfriendly atmosphere.
there are so many, many detalis left out simply because i could write a book on it but i think people need to be aware of what you may be getting yourself into.
