I am thinking about using creditcard on some of my sites. I was thinking about using companies like PayCom, CC Bill and Moneybookers or to set up my own merchant account in Europe.
Here are my questions:
a) Which companies would you use for creditcard processing in Europe and why? Advantages? Disadvantages?
b) How about the chargeback and fraud control? How does that work? Do I have to set up my own chargeback and fraud control or are companies like PayCom, CC Bill, Moneybookers, etc. able to keep the chargeback and fraud under control?
c) If I could open my own merchant account, what would be the risks? Would the blacklist of my bank be good enough to keep my chargeback / fraud under control? I guess major banks should have a powerful black list, no?
