Don't know why no one can answer this question. Even my own attorney.
If you only have a driver license ID and no other ID ...are you not in compliance with 2257.
Can you go to jail for 5 years for only having a drivers lisence??

Hey PaulG.

I am going to assume that most persons including your attorney will not answer that as most (he/she/they) do not want to be liable for misinforming you.

SCENARIO: If they 'advise' that "yes, one piece of ID is all that is needed" and one day down the road a model was found to be using false identification, and that she is not of legal age, lawsuits would start rolling out the door.

The entire transaction of him/her providing false documentation (an illegal act) would be most likely over looked in order to aid in 'nailing a porn pusher to the wall'!

Again, I am merely assuming that most attorneys wish not to be accountable thusly they will not answer.

From what I read/see: one-piece of ID is sufficient. Most criminals or ?persons? do not have two-pieces of identification falsified, as it is costly. Thusly, most request ?2-pieces of ID?.

That is merely my interpretation.

See its the requiring the performer to provide such other indicia of her identity....that if you do not provide...that can land you in jail from a 2257 inspection...of which they will be viewing EVERYONES...soon..

Yes; from how I view it or am interpreting it:
at the very least 2-pieces.

As with most if not all laws, they are based on interpretation.

Most federal prisions(and thats where you will be for this crime) have better libraries than your local library, plus criminals have all day to utilize this rescource, the HARD PART is getting anyone to listen to a convicted fellon, simply because we ALL KNOW 99.999% of the criminals in jail are their innocently.

Wrong! People in Federal Prisons have to work usually from 8 to 5. So they have the night time to go to the library, that is if they do not want to eat, do laundry, work out, have their dicks sucked, etc...
