Hey all,
I need a little advice regarding video clip compression.
I am a photo content provider and have shot and stored quite a bit of solo girl video footage. My background is in stills, and I shoot video a little on the side.
I want to start offering the footage for sale for websites in the form of clips, but I need to know what compression techniques are :
1) most popular
2) provide the best quality
3) are the most in demand
I am looking at avi, mov, mpeg, and wmv. If there are any others I am missing, please let me know.
Also, I would like to know what kind of fees and rates a decent video editor might charge. I have a gal that I might have do the editing for me, but I have no idea what a decent rate is for her, and she hasn't quoted me a price yet.
Any help would be great, thanks.
