    Any recomendation on a Free affiltae tracking software to track banner impressions??

      Track banner impressions? just look at your traffic stats (i.e. webstats/urchin logs) and pull out how many times the image was requested.

      Click throughs are a different matter, but impressions are easy to track.

          You'll find a lot of stuff for this on cgi-resources and php resources (google for cgi scripts or php scripts).
