Can somebody explain me why I dont understand it ?

If I put in my profile a sig with my affiliateprogram and cam portal, would this be illegale ?? Or do i need to buy this ??

no, you do not need to buy the opportunity to put in your own sig. people sell their sig spaces to the others to get the word out. people who sell their sigs are posting all day, so who ever buys their sig spot will get good exposure on the board. hope this helps.
