    need help

    hey guys,
    so there is this company which owes me nearly $2000 for the last two months for advertisement, but they don't send this damn check.
    I tried to call them... no response... e-Mail get's me errors and their fax is also fucked

    Anyone got a idea what i can do?
    they sit in london and little me in germany so there is no way to go there and beat their asses...

              Find a lawyer in london. Tell him you have a collection matter. See if he will do it on a contingency, for 25% of the money collected.

              Before you contact him/her, organize your papers, and information. Sit down and make a very precise list of what you are seeking, and how you can prove it is owed to you. If your proof is in the form of statistics and computer records, make a printout of all of them.

              When you contact the lawyer, explain that you have all of the documentation to prove your case, and then if they agree to pursue it send them PHOTOCOPIES, of the documentation.

              Also, another thought, and you might want to check with a German lawyer on this one, if they are a German company, perhaps you can still sue them in Germany instead of London. I am not familiar with German/U.K. laws, but your lawyer should be able to give you guidance.
