images not loading-is it the server?

I've never had a problem with images loading before but suddenly, since the company I've been using to host the site changed servers. Now suddenly, my images aren't loadfing. Not sure if this is a server issue, an ftp transfer issue or something else. This happens mostly with the images added to stories where there are more than ten images. An example is below.

If anyone has an answer to this problem, and if it is the server than a recommendation for a better company would be appreciated.

Are you using a dial up modem or a dsl, cable or satellite. I'm wondering if it's just the dial up.
