Building my first site

Hi all.

I do webcam on Ifriends and niteflirt and wanted to build a website using clickcash to make a little side money and promote myself and some of my friends. I've never built an adult website before and really don't know where to start. I know that just a cam site with clickcash, epiccash referrals isn't going to do much for me since there are a million of them so I was hoping for some advice. I realize right out of the gate I'm not going to have a huge money making site but I'd at least like to know what sort of things other webmasters look for when it comes to link sharing and what sort of things I need to put on there to bring in traffic for the girls and get users to convert to a membership.

I've been reading this board and another one for about a week so any advice you can offer a newbie venturing into the webmaster side of the business for the first time is appreciated.
