From the looks of it you aren't really doing much traffic. My advice... load up with your own galleries and fhg's for now, set up a traffic trading script, then buy some cheap traffic to feed your trades. Once you have a traffic base, it'll be a lot easier to get submissions... and submissions mean recips... enough recips and you'll be pulling more traffic.
