    Question for seos

If a term has an overture number of say 10,000 searches last month, who has a real example to make an equation to show how many hits this would produce for having #1 spot on se's for that given term.

Do you have a "Exit here - if under 18" link on your warningpage? Chances are you are linking to yahoo/google/disney etc. Those days are over, signup at www.warningpages.com to get PAID for this traffic that has been wasted by so many for years! icq#777970

There isn't a firm equation, but any equation you pick would have to take their current position # into account. Overture's hits go DRAMATICALLY higher in the top 3 listings because certain SEs will only display overture's top 1 or 2 bidders.

if we found someone that actually has #1 for a search term we could compair thier hits to the overture number and get a simple equation

It's already been said: you must have the #1 numbers to work with. If you don't have it you're looking for guesswork - hardly usable to you, is it?

Get me the stats for #1 and I'll tell you what you need to hit.

Its impossible to have an equation. I will give you an example the word Escort is searched 399752 thru overture, however ford escort is searched 17310, now there is no way to know if the people who searched for escort where really looking for ford escort. IE. if you are number one for the word escort but people are looking for the ford site the number of searches and the number of click thrus mabey very different.

Trust me ... we have these Escort and Ford Escort issues... most auto parts get 400K searches a day

We pay out of our rear on the auto parts PPC
